Operating Schedule

The Operating Schedule must form part of the completed application for one of the following:

An Operating Schedule should include information which is necessary to enable any responsible authority or interested party to assess whether the steps to be taken to promote the Licensing Objectives are satisfactory.

An Operating Schedule must set out the following details:

  • the relevant licensable activities to be conducted on the premises;
  • the times during which it is proposed that the licensable activities are to take place;
  • any other times when the premises are open to the public;
  • where the licence is required for a limited period;
  • where the licensable activities include the supply of alcohol, the name and address of the designated premises supervisor;
  • whether alcohol will be supplied on or off the premises or both;
  • the steps which the applicant proposes to take to promote the Licensing Objectives.
