Operating Schedule
The Operating Schedule
must form part of the completed application for one of the following:
- Provisional Statement
- New Premises Licence
- Variation to Premises Licence
An Operating Schedule
should include information which is necessary to enable any responsible
authority or interested party to assess whether the steps to be taken to
promote the Licensing Objectives are satisfactory.
An Operating Schedule must
set out the following details:
- the relevant licensable activities to be conducted on
the premises;
- the times during which it is proposed that the
licensable activities are to take place;
- any other times when the premises are open to the
public;
- where the licence is required for a limited
period;
- where the licensable activities include the supply of
alcohol, the name and address of the designated premises supervisor;
- whether alcohol will be supplied on or off the premises
or both;
- the steps which the applicant proposes to take to
promote the Licensing Objectives.
